The Stuffed Olive was founded in 2004 in the Blackhawk Hotel just down the street from where it’s at today. It began as a Martini Bar with a great menu featuring plenty of great concoctions to choose from. In 2005 tapas (small plates) was added to the menu and the martini menu continued to grow. The original Stuffed Olive enjoyed many good years at the Hotel but finally closed on January 1st, 2019 to make way for Hotel upgrades and renovations. It wasn’t long before we knew we had to get it reopened as soon as possible. After months of planning and renovations the new Stuffed Olive opened in September of 2019 with a brand new tapas menu and a polished martini menu featuring all of our past favorites along with some new fare. Today there is over 100 martinis to choose from and some of the best chef prepared food the Cedar Valley has to offer!
