I sat at Storage Mart for 1 hour and 15 minutes. The door was locked and there was no employee. I called twice, sent an email and contacted the corporate office. I'm waiting for a resolution. Like...

Do not do business with StorageMart. Their customer service is atrocious. They can't even be bothered to pick up the phone to resolve issues.

Nobody ever in the office and they have hidden fees. The actual cost of the units are higher than advertised and they attempt to rope you in with "bargain deals".
