South Central Regional Airport Agency
The South Central Regional Airport Agency (SCRAA) is a proposed collaborative effort between the City of Oskaloosa and the City of Pella to establish a shared regional airport. The SCRAA Board is comprised of three members from each city and has successfully acquired 378 acres of land for the project, though further development is currently on hold due to a withdrawal by Mahaska County from the original agreement.
Meetings are held at least semi-annually, with an annual meeting taking place each February, alternating between Oskaloosa and Pella. Agendas and minutes from these meetings are available in the Documents section for public access.
