Cute little gem of a chocolate store in Dubuque. Highly, highly recommend the hot chocolate. They make it from real chocolate! They gave us a choice of either dark chocolate or milk chocolate....

So they no longer have wine which was one of the things that drew me here from the yelp reviews however they have lots of scrumptious chocolates and gelato and they let you sample
