I give the stylist named Heather in the spencer salon a 5 star rating, I have gotten more compliments on the hair cut she gave me and it's my opinion she deserves a raise.

If I could give zero stars I would. I came in for a highlight balayage. Four hours and 154 dollars later I left with my looking almost exactly how I went in. I had dark brown hair, all one color....

Cutt it way too much and didn't listen to what I said I told her to cutt it to my eye brawls and she cutt it all off
