Based in Leon, Iowa, SIRF Inc, (Southern Iowa Resources for Families) is an organization providing support and assistance for people and families with physical and mental disabilities. It is a provider of home and community based services, such as HCBS waiver programs, supported community living, consumer-directed attendant care, respite care, home/vehicle modification and habilitation services, among others. Operational for nearly 30 years, it also provides services for children as well as senior citizens.
