The first years of my nurse practitioner career were spent working in a community mental health center working with chronic, persistent mental illness. Adverse Childhood Events (ACE's) are impactful. Therefore, early intervention is key. I treat patients across the lifespan, starting at age 7. I only take referrals from inside Turning Leaf.
