The Eastern Iowa Community College District, also known as EICCD, operates Clinton Community College, Muscatine Community College and Scott Community College. The college district offers various career programs in automotive and diesel technology, automotive collision repair, culinary arts, emergency medical services, and accounting and farm management. Its colleges additionally provide classes in graphic arts, health information technology, home care aide, horticulture, mechatronics, nursing and welding. The Eastern Iowa Community College District s colleges are members of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) and the Iowa Junior College Athletic Association. The district s Clinton Community College operates the Advanced Technology Environmental Education Center and the Midwest Center for Safety & Rescue Training.

They can't keep a lot of their staff and faculty. There are many reasons for this, one being that the college is putting up a new building downtown, but people have worked there for years without...
