The customer waiting area is nasty. Spider webs, dirt, leaves. The floors are dirty. The technicians do good work and are friendly.

Sucked not being to actually talk to someone where truck was going to. I wasn't able to pick up vehicle until after hours and they locked my keys in the truck. That was great!!
