The Ritz has been a Dyersville favorite starting back in 1948. Dan & Carol Sawyer are the owners. Dan worked in the automotive field for over 25 years. Dan's father, Orval Sawyer, owned and ran a popular little restaurant in a nearby town of Earlville named The Town Talk. Interest in his fathers business and a love of cooking lead Dan & Carl to purchase the Ritz in 2003. His wife Carol, a Dyersville native, works along side Dan as hostess and bartender. We offer that personal touch that can comes from a privately owned restaurant. The Ritz has a full menu including our popular Homemade Soups, Prime Rib, Steaks & Seafood, Pork, Chicken, and Sandwiches. We also have a full service bar.
