Do not move here. Management is unconcerned with upkeep of buildings, going so far as to leave dog excrement in the hallway for 2 days without cleaning it up. It took 3 months to get a new water...

I've lived here about a year now and had a pretty good experience. Applied and got moved in pretty quickly, apartment was clean and looked good. I prefer being on the edge of cedar rapids.
