They really have turned things around at all Res Lobster for the better since they have split off from their parent company. They do have fresh daily options for fish. Haven't tried them yet but...

Red Lobster Restaurant, located in Coralville, Iowa, is one of more than 700 casual-atmosphere Red Lobster restaurants in the United States and Canada. The restaurant s menu primarily consists of seafood items, including lobster, crab legs, shrimp, clam chowder, beer battered fish, clam strips, salmon and scallops. Darden also operates the Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Smokey Bones Barbeque & Grill and Seasons 52 national restaurant chains. Darden Restaurants trades publicly on the NYSE under the ticker symbol DRI.

Red Lobster has a great lunch special. $9.99 for endless house/caesar salad, clam chowder, and cheddar biscuits. So tasty and hit the spot for my soup/salad craving.
