How hard is it to get salt on pretzel bites. By far the worst I have had. Lady didn't listen to what I asked and so it was very disappointing. After looking forward to it for 3 hours.

When your staff sighs and acts inconvenienced someone places an order, you have a problem. A Saturday before Christmas should have your store prepped and ready.

Literally the worst. Most the time they aren't done all the way or they are so burnt that's all you taste. Marinara half the time is chunky like it hasn't been changed out. And it always takes...
