I came to the Meryl hay location ordered my food when came back they said they don't have my order yet I paid inside so they refuse to issue my food unless I payed for it again

No stars if one could! Went to get chicken on Sunday, 9/14 at 12:30 pm and NOBODY THERE! No signs up indicating closed or lights on inside. What is going on?

The restaurant looks dirty outside. Overgrown grass/weeds. Then they had a paper sign on the door, drive-through only. The gentleman working the window was polite. You guys can do MUCH BETTER.
