First of all we had to wait almost 2 hours for our order. When I call and ask what they could do for me the said we can either cancel the order and get our money back or still get the delivery...

Food was poor. Expensive and the worst service I ever had. There were three male employees standing at the counter talking to someone all the time I was there. Waitress just disappeared.

The food was very cold and was not given anything to eat with. Maybe next time includes some napkins and utensils for your customers.

we have stopped in several times over the past few months. my wife and I always order personal pan pizzas. the service has been prompt and the food always hot.
