Tina has over 20 years of combinedmedical experience as a registered nurse and medical provider at MercyOne NorthIowa Kidney Care. She is excited to continue her journey focusing on diabetescare in the inpatient unit. Her clinical focus is in Diabetic Nephropathy withprevention of progression to end stage renal disease.

As a teenager, Joy Schrader knew she wanted to help others, so she followed the rewarding path of becoming a nurse practitioner. Joy would have never predicted the amazing highs of impacting someone's health, nor the lows when a patient needs her assistance. Every day is truly a gift to care for others and help them with their health care journey.
