History
The Okoboji Summer Theatre has been a huge part of the Iowa Great Lakes Community for many years. There isn't another theatre like us in the country and we are proud to say that we don't just survive but we thrive in these times. At the end of our 55th season, we will have produced 495 plays in this converted airplane hangar. It's a place where students, professional actors, and a wonderful community combine to create magic.
Specialties
The Okoboji Summer Theatre is owned and operated by Stephens College. It does 9 shows in just 10 weeks on their main stage and 4 children's show in the Boji Bantam.
