Since 1987, Optimae LifeServices has been providing community services to residents of Iowa. The center offers various services, such as outpatient mental health, home health and behavioral health. Based in Fairfield, Iowa, its subsidiary Nurse in the House provides licensed home health services in 13 southeast Iowa counties. Optimae LifeServices serves individuals with mental illness/cognitive impairments, along with providing integrated disability and community support services. In addition, the center offers therapy and medication prescription to individuals/families.
