Blue Earth Elementary School provides a variety of educational and cocurricular programs to students in grades kindergarten through five. Located in Blue Earth, Minn., the school offers various programs, such as English, arts, music, science, social studies, mathematics, and computer and physical education. Its academic curriculum includes several subjects, such as reading, mathematics, social studies and science. The school also provides instruction in art, physical education and music. Located in Albert Lea, Minn., it offers a special education program for students with special needs. Hawthorne Elementary School provides English Language Learners and Title I programs. Its media center stocks several reading and reference materials and offers an online list of accelerated reader quizzes. Hawthorne Elementary School is a part of Albert Lea Schools.
