Eric Reynolds, MD, specializes in Pediatrics at MercyOne Des Moines Pediatrics Urgent Care Clinic in Des Moines, Iowa.I grew up in Coralville, IA before attending from the University of Iowa for both undergrad and medical school. My wife and I both wanted to explore a new area of the country, so I did my residency in pediatrics at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, NM; and I did a chief resident year there as well. In June 2018, we moved to Cleveland, OH where I completed my primary care sports medicine fellowship in the summer of 2019. There I worked with athletes of all ages and cared for high school, college, and pro teams such as the Cleveland Browns. Although my residency was in pediatrics, during my fellowship training I saw patients of all ages. My clinical interests include ultrasound guided injections, concussion management, and treating any musculoskeletal problem that prevents patients of all ages from being as active as they want to be. Outside of work, I enjoy biking, running, and pick up basketball as means of staying active and enjoy spending time with my wife and son.
