Actually a zero rating. I called in July to make payment arrangements. It all went smoothly until I made the second payment. Suddenly I was default because they tacked on a 56 dollar payment...

Was stuck on main menu for over 20 minutes. Every time I entered my account number it would direct me back to main menu. All I wanted was to see if my payment was received.
