Can you say Fraud??? I had an ultrasound set up and I called my insurance company four times. All four times they told me that they had to have a pre-authorization done and it would be a $125.00...

Doctors are quite good; Nurses a little grumpy. They do get you in quickly. Definitely in need of renovation - facility is like stepping back in time 30 years.

Urgent care nurses grumpy. Mercy check in process always super slow, redundant and full of paperwork. Doctors tend to be Mercy's saving grace. Otherwise we would go elsewhere.
