Horrible service. They locked the door on our team when they saw us coming. Who would lock the door on paying customers, especially when you would make close to 300$ off of it. It was -5 degrees...

closes door on customers, our team came in after playing a game and was ready to eat. It was 7 o clock and they clearly say they close at 10. there was nobody inside and when they saw us coming...

they locked customers out of the store because there was a high-school play. then the manager said she has cried twice because she has to deal with customer. this place should be shut down.
