I love the atmosphere and their Spiced Dirty Chai with Honey and Oat Milk!! They steep their chai from tea leaves, so it's fresh and not from a carton or powder.

Stopped here a few times for some delicious iced coffee. Love the large variety of flavored syrups (including sugar free options) and that they use coffee cubes instead of regular ice cubes....
