Loffredo Fresh Produce s dedication to service began in 1892 when Guisseppi Loffredo started the Loffredo Fruit and Tobacco Company serving hotels and restaurants in downtown Des Moines, Iowa. Loffredo Fresh Produce sells fresh fruit, vegetables, non-produce items and processing items. Some of its products include eggs, juice, seafood, apples, berries, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes and melons. For more than 110 years the company has offered convenience, quality products, consistent standards and professionalism serving Iowa, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Minnesota, Illinois and Wisconsin. Loffredo Fresh Produce has a 77,000 square foot warehouse in Des Moines.
