Community Affairs Corporation The Rock Rapids Community Affairs Corporation is a voluntary organization of citizens dedicated to the enhancement of the quality of life by implementing programs and services which promote commerce, industry and agricultural interest, enhance the social and cultural environment, and serve to unify the community as a whole.
