Founded in 1950, Community Memorial Hospital, also known as CMH, is a health care facility that offers various medical and urgent care solutions. The hospital provides emergency response, diet counseling, and inpatient and outpatient surgical services. It offers pharmacy and respiratory and hospice care solutions. Community Memorial Hospital provides a variety of radiology services that includes ultrasound, CT scan and mammography. The hospital also offers stress testing and Holter monitoring services, as well as physical, occupational and speech therapies. It provides laboratory testing services for the detection and identification of pathogens. The hospital maintains several specialty clinics for mental health care, vascular screening and pain management services. Community Memorial Hospital is an affiliate of Allen Memorial Hospital and the Iowa Health System.
