This place is horrible and takes in people's dogs and tries to adopt them out even after the own claims them 3 minutes after they get to the shelter! Ridiculous. Stay away

I couldn't be more saddened by this shelter. The dogs are in cages all day without beds, blankets or toys. They aren't being marketed on petfinder.com. There is so much room for improvement, but...
