"Birthright of Keokuk is a nonprofit organization that helps women and families who are experiencing an unplanned pregnancy. We serve 3 counties: Hancock in Illinois, Lee in Iowa, and Clark in Missouri. Our volunteers are in the office at Meyers Courtyard in Keokuk four days a week. We offer free pregnancy testing and most important of all, provide love and support in a non-judgmental setting.
