Karate Do Shito-Kai Des Moines is a traditional Japanese karate school located in the heart of the Historic East Village of Downtown Des Moines. Led by Nakata Sensei, who has been practicing karate since the age of 10 and holds a black belt, the school is a proud member of the World Shito-Ryu Karate Do Federation.
