I spoke with them at the fair and they promised to call back within 2 business days and after a week we called them back and we're told the same thing. Still to this day have not gotten a call....

Terrible customer service, if you leave a message you'll never get a call back, if you go to the store make sure it's before 5 cause they close an hour earlier than posted. Not impressed at all...
