Horrible service the customer service was horrible couldn't fox a simple error. Blamed me for the mistake and told me they didn't care if I came back. I would call them rude but end of day I think...

One of the best Jimmy John's in the country. Fast, efficient service staff. The music is not real loud like in some locations. My order was accurately executed.
