Jason Augustine, PT

Noah Richards, PT joined The Iowa Clinic physical therapy department for the unique opportunity to work in a physician-led organization dedicated to helping people get back to doing what they love! Noah chose to pursue physical therapy following a high school track injury and loved the idea of being able to help educate others on their injuries to create a treatment plan to elevate their level of function in their everyday life. This, along with developing a therapeutic relationship with his patients is something Noah finds most rewarding about his job. Outside of work, Noah enjoys spending time with his loved ones and friends and staying active – whether it’s being in the gym, running or participating in bike rides around the metro. If he wasn’t a provider, he might have been a personal trainer.

Lisa Anderberg, PT joined The Iowa Clinic physical therapy department because of the one-on-one approach to patient care in a collaborative and supportive setting. After suffering an ACL tear in high school, Lisa decided to pursue physical therapy after the support and care she received through her recovery and wanted to provide that same exceptional care for her patients. For Lisa, the most rewarding part of her job is helping people to achieve their personal goals while developing a meaningful relationship along the way. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys traveling – whether to different states or different sporting events. If she wasn’t a provider, she might have been an accountant.

Nathan Lucs, PT knew he wanted to be a physical therapist since he was a high school student in the Des Moines metro area. He wanted a profession that allowed him to help people and incorporated activity and movement. After completing his education at Des Moines University and gaining experience, he joined The Iowa Clinic in 2022. His favorite part about being a physical therapist is learning about his patient’s passions and getting them back to what they love.
