Our pork is heritage-breed, American Duroc raised in open pens, fed 100% all-natural, antibiotic, hormone and additive-free, vegetarian diets. Our beef is Midwest-raised, hormone-free, grain-fed diet. Our smoker is a custom built, standard flow, offset design and is operated entirely by hand to ensure only-the-best quality. The smoker is fed Midwest Red Oak. Everything on our menu is hand-made, from scratch with all ingredients sourced as locally, seasonally, and sustainably. Freshness and quality are held to the utmost standards.
