Iowa AMEDD

The Iowa Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) team consists of approximately 110 dedicated volunteers and three full-time staff members committed to supporting both employers and reserve component members across the state. With a strong emphasis on prevention through education, the Iowa ESGR fosters a culture of awareness regarding obligations under the USERRA law, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
