Indian Hills Junior High School

Established in 1977, Indian Hill Junior High School is a coeducational institution that offers educational classes in grades seven and eight. The school is affiliated with West Des Moines Community Schools and is located in Clive, Iowa. It maintains various academic teams with individual names, including odyssey, alpha, zephyr, reality, dream and mindbenders. In addition, the school offers a variety of sports activities, such as basketball, football, volleyball, wrestling, and track and field. Its students participate in various musical groups that include chamber orchestra, choir and Indian Hills Show Choir, as well as compete in solo ensemble contests. Indian Hill Junior High School operates the West Des Moines Teen Center, an after-school program that encourages students to participate in extracurricular activities, play games and study at the center.
