Spring Valley Care Center is a nonprofit corporation providing long-term health care and housing options to senior citizens. It is a skilled nursing facility with various private and semiprivate rooms. The center offers a variety of health care services, such as occupational, speech and physical therapies. Its physical therapy treatment includes strength training and coordination, motion and balance training, and pain management. It also provides various restorative nursing programs that are formulated according to individual requirements. Adult day care and respite care services are also offered on an individual basis.
