Optimae LifeServices offers community services to individuals with mental illness and intellectual disabilities that equip them with the needed skills, resources and supports to successfully live in their communities as independently as possible and thrive.

Western Illinois Managed Home Services was established in Galesburg, Ill., and offers a variety of personalized services for its clients. It offers full-time skilled nursing services that include catheter, colostomy, psychiatric and diabetic care, dressing changes, injections, therapy, hypertension checks and blood drawing. The organization also makes arrangements for its patients to obtain necessary medical supplies; teaches patients and families on the management of illness; and serves as liaisons to provide a vital communication link between physicians and patients. Western Illinois Managed Home Services screens employees prior to placement through personal interviews, written skills tests, background checks and orientation training sessions. It is licensed by the State of Illinois Nurse Agency Licensure. Western Illinois Managed Home Services is a sister agency of Western Illinois Home Health Care, which provides home health care services to residents in west central Illinois.
