Back again and a large remodel is in process. Was given a newer updated room that is on par with other HIE that I have stayed at. Much better now, will be great when remodel is finished

The staff here are extremely rude. They treated me with a "You're Late" oh sorry no you're not the last one tonight.. excuse me? How do you treat customers like that. So unprofessional.
