Founded in 1979, FHN Family Counseling Center Stephenson County, formerly known as Jane Addams Counseling Center. Tanager Place

Tanager Place is a private, nonprofit organization, which provides services to children and families challenged by social and psychological needs. Its main campus is located in southwest Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
