Not bad for fast food. Always fast never have to wait. I can always feel confident leaving the Drive-through without checking my order.

Ordered online for pickup, ordered at 9:20, said it would be ready at 9:31, didn't get food until after 10 AM... how is this possible?! This Hardee's gets plenty of business so I'm not sure how...

Unbelievably slow at 7:15 pm on a Sunday. Waited 10 minutes at order window after being asked to wait. Then tried to leave but was boxed in on both sides. Super slow. Got out and went to McDonald's
