The Grundy Care Center is a personal care facility that features a beauty salon and private residential rooms with each room offering a telephone and cable television. It is a part of Health Care Management, which is headquartered in Jackson, Miss., and operates more than 20 health care and rehabilitation centers in over 20 locations in the United States. The Grundy Care Center offers pharmacy, pain and wound management services and assistance with tube feeding and dressing change. The center also provides physical, occupational, speech and intravenous therapies and transportation services. Additionally, it offers special meal services on various occasions that include barbecues, family potluck dinners, ice cream socials, and birthday and seasonal celebrations. The Grundy Care Center is located in Grundy Center, Iowa.
