Use to have a good relationship with owner. Holds grudges against people forever. Paid for a session for a shelter dog, out of my own pocket, and was told it included follow up with adopter....

The owner is very rude and cannot admit when she is wrong. Instead she will insult the client and continue with very immature remarks. Will never do business there again.
