Genesis Health Group - Dewitt

Genesis Medical Center, DeWitt, located in DeWitt, Iowa, is a part of the Genesis Health System, one of the first community hospitals in the area. It is a more than 10-bed nonprofit hospital providing a full range of services in medicine, surgery, coronary care and pediatrics to residents of DeWitt and surrounding communities. Other services include outpatient surgery, 24-hour emergency care, laboratory, X-ray and countywide ambulance service. The hospital offers a variety of community education classes. Attached to the hospital is Westwing Place, a more than 80-bed intermediate care facility specializing in care of the elderly. It also provides acute and intermediate care and skilled nursing care, which includes physical, respiratory, speech and occupational therapies.
