Furman doesn't follow their own parking lot/carport rules. The owner is letting a family of 4, have 4 cars on the lot. The landlord said it's okay but, the lease says only 2 cars are allowed....

I rented from them for a couple of years. The place I lived was ok. If something went wrong, they fixed it moderately quickly. They were, however, rude. Constantly, consistently, rude and nasty....

Don't ever rent from them, the worst of the worst. They are unreasonable and rude. They don't keep their word and the customer service is horrible. Their properties are ok though to be fair.
