I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday to be delivered the same day ($10.00 upcharge). I got an email a few hours later that said they were closed that day (their website listed them as open)....

I haven't yet ordered from this florist, but Shayna has been so attentive and helpful that I plan to use her in the future. I emailed her and got a response right away.
