Elizabeth Thompson, PA-C

Anthony Urbanski, PA-C joined The Iowa Clinic Urgent Care because of the patient-focused care and encouraging team-based environment. Prior to working in Urgent Care, Anthony practiced in Orthopaedics for five years. He finds that Urgent Care allows him the opportunity of continued education, which he values in a specialty. For Anthony, providing excellent treatment to the families of central Iowa is the most rewarding part of his job. Outside of work, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife, golfing, riding his bike, and taking walks with his dog. If we wasn’t in medicine, he might have been a teacher or a coach.

Jennifer Petts, DO joined The Iowa Clinic to be a part of an organization where she would be proud to work with other physicians that help provide the best care for her patients. A West Des Moines native, Dr. Petts completed her medical degree at Kansas City University of Medicine, and later did her residency and fellowship at The University of Iowa. Dr. Petts chose allergy and immunology because of its constant evolving and changing nature and being able to improve her patients’ lives through the different treatment measures available. It is also close to her heart because of her sons’ asthma and peanut allergy.

Kaitie Worley, PA-C joined The Iowa Clinic Gastroenterology department because of the high quality, patient-centered care and the philanthropic culture. For Kaitie, she chose gastroenterology because of the many vital functions it serves in our daily lives and allows her to help patients return to feeling like the best and healthiest versions of themselves. Giving her patients a safe space to share their health concerns and develop a treatment plan to help them feel better is one of the most rewarding parts of her job. An Iowa native, Kaitie still resides in Des Moines with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outside, trying new restaurants, reading, and supporting Drake athletics. If she was not a provider, she might have been a yoga instructor.
