This place is the most rustic and authentic Mexican food there is. The interior has a gorgeous patina and served as a school house in the 1900-1929 Best service and good darn food... Great...

The tacos and nachos are two of the meals I would recommend if you ever go here. The people who run the place are also extremely nice and talented, and they have festive music, flags, and decorations.

Listen... this is Sibley Iowa. Traveling for work - hungry, I love Mexican food. I had enchiladas verdes, chips and salsa. Everything was good.

Only sit down restaurant open on a Saturday night it seems. Had the Enchilada Verdes. Pretty darn good for Sibley. Would come back again for sure.
