Eagle view lofts is a housing project veiled as a hip, "east village" loft. This place couldn't be more of a ripoff. Every aspect of it was designed and built as cheaply as possible. For 1,000$...

Location is great. Close enough to downtown without being in all the craziness. Best view of Downtown if you ask me (see pic attached!) Not much parking for guests though.

New owners suck, they NEVER RESPOND. You'll have to call to get your problems solved. Winter time sucks, the units never keep the heat and A/C in. Windows leaked when it would rain bad. Your...

They don't care about their tenants. To them, tenants are just a number. they don't keep anything shoveled during winter. they are cheap on everything and staff sucks.
