Dubuque County Human Service Department

Dubuque County Department of Human Services offers a range of services and programs for the residents of the county. It provides substance abuse treatment and prevention services for children and senior citizens with addiction. The department also offers emotional support to the victims of sexual abuse and domestic violence.
